Captivated by the Glory of God
God made us for more than going through life like it is a selfie. He made us to be consumed, not with ourselves- But with Him. The opposite of a selfie life is a Godward life. The early church fathers had a phrase for living a Godward life. They called it Coram Deo, which means living before the face of God. And so over the next few Sundays, we will go through different passages of Scripture that show us what it means to live before the face of God, in everything in our lives.
