Hi friends,
As for man, his days are like grass; he flourishes like a flower of the field; for the wind passes over it, and it is gone, and its place knows it no more. But the steadfast love of the LORD is from everlasting to everlasting (Psa 103:15-17 ESV)

Women’s Craft and Appetizer Night –
Ladies, join us tonight at 6:30pm for an evening of appetizer foods, craft making and fellowship to help us get in the holiday mood and get to know one another better. We will have supplies to make Thanksgiving and Christmas count downs to help you prepare your hearts for the most wonderful time of the year!
Friendsgiving Dinner
The annual Friendsgiving Dinner is coming up THIS Saturday, November 16th at 5:30pm! It is a special opportunity each year to gather and bless our neighbors and friends with a meal here at our church. We encourage you to continue inviting and following up with friends and neighbors this week, and sharing the event on facebook @christchurchsouthphilly! In addition, this year we are going to be having a photobooth available for family portraits and holiday pictures that will be available in an online gallery after the event.
Friendsgiving Food
We still need food for the event! We want to ensure we have enough food to be able to bless our neighbors and friends with a meal. If you would like to contribute food, please see the clipboard at the Info Table to sign-up, or signup here. If you are signed up to bring food, the disposable containers will be in the lobby after the service. Just as a reminder, please bring your food to the event no later than 5pm on Saturday. Thank you!

God of This City
Benediction
And I saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Behold, the dwelling place of God is with man. He will dwell with them, and they will be his people, and God himself will be with them as their God. He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away.” And he who was seated on the throne said, “Behold, I am making all things new.” Also he said, “Write this down, for these words are trustworthy and true.” (Rev 21:2-5 ESV)
