Hi Friends,
These continue to be turbulent times with restrictions increasing exponentially throughout the week.  Sadly, our building has to be completely closed and only essential personnel are allowed to come and help us get our service on live stream.
If you do not have access to stream the service, you can call in to this number Call 1 (646) 558-8656. When prompted type in your meeting ID # 686 693 767 and then hit #. You do not need to type in any other numbers. Please keep your phone muted.
You can stream our service either at our website, on Youtube, or Facebook.  I’d encourage you to take the opportunity to send the link to a friend.  What a great opportunity to invite someone “to church”.
This Sunday, in a small act of protest, we are going to be getting back into our series in Luke.  I know that COVID-19 is on everyone’s mind and we are putting out a lot fo content during the week dealing with our current crisis.  However, I think it is important that we also find ways to keep life normal.  We don’t want this outbreak to determine everything for us!  So we are going back to our series and I’m excited for how God is going to meet us.  And what better thing could we do right now than take an unfiltered look at Jesus?
We will have a prayer meeting via Zoom from 9-9:30am on Sunday.   To attend go to : https://zoom.us/j/637120159. To call in to participate through phone audio only call: 1 (646)558 8656.  Meeting ID: 637 120 159.

Call to Worship 10am

Jesus is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation. For by Jesus all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities– all things were created through him and for him. And Jesus is before all things, and in Jesus all things hold together. And Jesus is the head of the body, the church. Jesus is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in everything he might be preeminent.  For in Jesus all the fullness of God was pleased to dwell, and through him to reconcile to himself all things, whether on earth or in heaven, making peace by the blood of his cross. (Col 1:15-20 ESV)

Benediction

let us also lay aside every weight, and sin which clings so closely, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking to Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God. Consider him who endured from sinners such hostility against himself, so that you may not grow weary or fainthearted. (Heb 12:1-3 ESV)
